Coldwell Banker United Realtors
It’s been said I’m the perfect storm: a combination of style, grace and impeccable professionalism with a work ethic that rivals any CEO. I am fiercely determined to serve my clients’ best interests, which in turn makes them fiercely loyal to me. I was once a school teacher and I still like the learning process. Only now I enjoy learning what dreams my clients have and what I can do to help them. I am a firm believer in asking the right questions. It is the only way to get answers that have helped me build an impressive business over the past 23 years and leave a trail of happy clients. I often refer to myself as a business manager in the sale of a home. My perception of the role of a listing agent is to manage the process and keep all parties focused on the sale of the home. I pride myself on my organizational skills and being available and open to answering questions. With a high degree of professionalism, honesty and a penchant for working hard I’ve built a strong reputation and am known for having properties that sell. To me, it’s simply a matter of doing the right thing, starting with pricing homes correctly! My results speak for themselves. I am the kind of person who engenders trust, earns loyalty and endear myself to legions of clients by being myself. I have a bank of knowledge and experience to draw on with endless resources for my clients. Traveling is my passion and I make time to travel the world with my life love and business partner Gene Dillard, exploring lands and oceans all around the globe. Family comes first and I make certain I find time to spend with my children and grandchildren. Gene and I believe in “giving back” to our NW Austin community which is why they are high on our list of contributions along with our local school district. As a result, we have been recognized as “Business Partners of the Year” several years for our efforts at Canyon Creek Elementary.
